Discover the best planned neighborhood of its kind in West Petaluma. Developed over 50 years ago and still the best major subdivision in Petaluma. Tucked in a valley at the southern edge of the city limits and surrounded by beautiful rolling hills that are part of the majestic environment of this special town. This is by far one of my favorite neighborhoods that I have worked in. There are meandering pathways flanked with beautiful trees, a seasonal creek and neighborhood park; people out and about walking their dogs, pushing baby strollers or having a pick up game of basketball in the street. There are still a majority of original and long time residents in the neighborhood so it is very rare to find a newly updated home for sale. I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to have owned and remodeled two homes in Westridge now and hopefully many more to come. So, now about this very special home... My WHY is to create environments that transform lives; most of us can remember our first bedroom or the family events, parties or conversations around the kitchen at our homes.
